one word....cheeky! when i first got him he had no personality. Every time i went to touch him he fliched away and hunched his back right up, his tail clamped between his legs. He stood there with his head down and no expression in his eyes.
Now is a different story..he fidgets and fusses, stomps and scrapes his foot for attention.....loves nothing better than having a galloping..or flat out trotting race with my little filly to see who can reach me first at the gate. He grooms me and when i'm in the field he follows me about like a lamb.
Riding wise I'm very impressed. I am just walking with bending exercises and a little trot now he has his balance but his yielding well and curling around my leg on circles which is lovely. I also took him out around th gallops and he was good as gold..didnt bat a lash even at fishermen on the canal or the rabbits that scooted under his feet.
Over all...i'm smitten.
