hello
just being a pain, i dont suppose anybody could give me a hand could you?
i am going to Brackenhurst college in October (hopefully if i get my grades). i have just got an email saying that we are 32nd on the list for 24 stables on campus and therefore ive either got to hope lots of people dont get there grades (which is a very friendly thing to do!) or find other stabling for my fat man.
so if anybody knows of any stables in or near to Southwell ild be very greatfull!
and just because im an awkward devil yards with maximum turnout and bigish (enough to fit a 16hh tank in!) stables are good! other than that anmd an area to ride in (ie school or corner of a field) i am pretty easy to please!

sorry cant help with livery but you'll probabley get more turn out and have a happier horse if you stable off the college
ooo and a fiend of mines horse is going on loan to brac this year and is very similar looking to yours. You'll have to let me know how he gets on. I rode him for her the other year and he is just a babe. Just look for the massive coloured cob with attitude

awww wow! ill have to see if i can steal a ride while im there! i was really worried that there wouldnt be any heavy horses there. after having Otto i find it really difficult to get on with more light wieght breeds as i just dont feel stable onboard! i have to do some riding on there horses at weekends while im there i was terrified!

We are at Woodborough which is not to far from Brack, one of the people on the yard comes from Southwell. We do have a vacancy. We do not have 24 hour turnout for grazing purposes. Its a small yard where everyone mucks in and helps each other. We have a huge all weather menage too.

List of approved livery yards on the BHS site. You can search by area. There is a riding school just outside Southwell in Fiskerton, not sure if they are a livery yard as well? Good luck finding somewhere nice for you lovely boy

There are lots advertised in tack shops etc for round that way. i've seen some nice ads for yards that way but its too far for me! I think you'll find somewhere easily.
