Hi, just looked at ad, it is disgracful, I have 2 foals and I would not dream of riding them at that age, the only way they will sell that pony is because someone feels sorry for him, I am with the rest of you, if I had the money and space I would have him, but I already have 4!!! my husband would kill me as I have a 10hh pony, only through pitty!!! and she was not looked after where she was.

Right, you've all had a moan so what else have you done? I have mailed the site asking if they take any responsibility for their advertisement. As usual you can not send a simple e-mail to RSPCA but you can to ILPH. If we all did this perhaps some notice would taken.

I've been involved in a similar thread on another site, and I'm amazed that there are people who see no problem with backing and riding 2 year olds. Maybe the animal welfare act will help....I sincerely hope it does.

nfortunately no one can do anything. If they could then they could also do something about all the yearlings been ridden(and worked alot harder) in racing

poor little chap if i had the money would bring him home and turn him out with my babies and let him be a baby i hope he gets a good home. i dont think he looks mature for his age, both my rising 2 in spring sec a one colt one filly look now mature than him.

thats awful poor chap. inpatience tight peopel they dont deserve him hes such a pretty little fellow. i wish he could come and live with my girly!! why cant the RSOCA do anything ??
