My friend is very experienced - used to have 2 Clydesdale stallions that she drove professionally, rode etc (and they were at stud). She gave up horses about ten years ago due to her marraige splitting up. Recently she has been getting back into riding and is looking at buying another. I think she mainly just wants to have fun, hacking out etc - she will probably break it to harness, but I don't know for sure. I don't think she would mind a youngster/foal if it was the right one - she is very particular!
Thanks for the suggestions so far, I will let her know.

Hi there, if she was intrested in the precheron I could well be able to help. We breed perchies, If I've not got what she's after i would think that i will know someone that has.

Clair you are an awful awful woman putting pictures like that onto here and tempting a poor poor Tara like that!! Hmmm.... now the next cross of the Spanish Norman filly (e.g. breed back to another Andalusian) might be just too much of a temptation for this poor lady to bear (and bank balance too)!!

Ahh now bertie I'm told that second generation crosses to andalusians come out to fine. But as my mare is exceptionally large then this filly would be perfect for having a go with as should be a fantastic stamp of an animal. Already showing alot of the andalusian qualities.
And anyway this is pay back!!!! for years you have tempted me with your very pretty ponies.....lol

No! Not with little pictures like these Clair....?? Meet Solly (6 month old Trait Breton & newest addition to the team!). ;D I've seen 2nd generation shire x TB and have to say that I really like them (not as heavy as the 1st x, but a darn sight heavier than a standard TB)... which is why I was dreaming thinking about the 2nd generation Norman-Spanish type!!
