I will keep you all posted. I'm really hoping they can find something. £600 in vets bills so far and no answers so it's very very frustrating and the longer she is on box rest/limited turnout the harder she is becoming to handle. It also doesn't help that she has taken another stretch and is going through another "I'm stronger than you nah nah nah phase". The loading and travelling will be fine, she's a doll in that aspect but I am worried about how she will be to handle when we get there, I have a feeling it might just blow her brains, slightly tempted to start adding a calmer into her feed?

Ah Willis sorry to hear Ori isn't well. I hope you get some answers and she behaves at the vets.
I had 5 years of it with Ailsa so really do feel your pain. Only tip remember your breathing as it can be stressful and I used to find myself hold in my breath which made her even harder to handle, she hated the vets! Keep us posted x

Loaded grand, then proceeded to terrify every other passenger on the ferry by bouncing the car and trailer for the first 10 mins of the journey... absolute superstar at the vets, unloaded quietly & straight into the holding stalls munching her hay just doing a general nosey. Had nerve blocks and x rays done today but not to happy with what they are finding and I've had to leave her there tonight for further investigation tomorrow. But gutted as I wanted to know today but hopefully tomorrow for sure ill have some answers.

Thanks, I'm sure it will be she had just had enough really for one day so I think the best decision was made to leave it at that and start again in the morning. Hope to be bringing her home tomorrow.

Crikey, you had to use a ferry! That would be a nightmare for me, travelling isn't too bad as long as you can keep moving. Once you stop they can start jumping up and down. One of my ponies broke the shock absorbers on a volvo estate when I left him in the trailer for a while, and he jumped up and down! Hope the lameness is treatable. Fingers crossed.
