hiya has anyone got any suggestions for stress / pmt ? Noticed every period i have now i become a different person, really jealous insecure moody irritable snappy for the whole 7 days. Poor OH is dreading my periods, i do too as its not me ! Its been last 8 months or so.. trying Kalms, feel ok today (came on yesterday). I dont get it before just when i come on to i go off. thanks

PB, if it goes on might be worth having a chat with your GP.... But, it could also be related to general increased stress from the impending event! Hormone levels can be severely effected by stress levels, and even if you don't think you feel stressed, your body maybe doing all sorts of odd things because you're excited / anxious.
So, I'd suggest, if you can both live with it for the next month and a half, see what things are like after the wedding.

How about taking evening primrose oil? Never had that pmt problem but know others who have xx

Pah! Try post partum hormones!! Have cried in to my evening meal several times last week, lol...
Not trivialising at all, poor you, hormones are awful sometimes. I find telling OH that I'm feeling grumpy is really helpful, he understands that I can't do anything about it and will pour a glass of wine etc and let me put my feet up - makes me feel instantly better!

Magnesium spray was suggested to me which i got some of but still had serious red mist moments two days before and am seriously pissy atm lol I think just say to the bloke sorry I'm female it comes with the pretty packaging and he'l have to deal with it - I'm sure you cope with him farting in bed or leaving the loo seat up

Yeah its more for me I dont like behaving that way ! Having said that using the kalms daily may be helping feeling normal atm

Just to put things in perspective - just you wait till you get to the other end of things! I haven't slept for more than two hours at a time for the last six months thanks to hot flushes.... And I bet I can out grump anyone!
