I will just say though I have got some wonderful help, ive knighted him in full armour, bless he came yesterday got on both tom and fleur and calmly rode them through what would have been a disaster to me, im not riding until I have more fitness and see if my gimpy leg holds out, this chap did lots for me yesterday emotionally more than I could ever thank him for, a proper gent so its not just me on my own as the thread might suggest fleur was quite funny she tried her antics but he was quick not to let it esculate

Treat yourself like you would a nervous horse - do it again and again and again and again until it becomes boring and routine! And don't ever worry about what spectators are saying about you or your horse - at least YOU have the guts to be up there doing and not just watching, so they can all naff off :-D

Thanks jenny, bless him he is on his way now, and this after a day at work and his own horses im in awe of his kindness and im hoping I can return the favour of ground work for one of his horse

Well they did it, fleur and in a right tiz, rider on in about 5 mins and she was very very well behaved , so what I want to know is who has nicked fleur, ? Lol will try and get the vid off my phone
