most prob know all the problems i had with bea starting from a yearling then the hepatitis and sarcoids etc,
well due to water logged field my to have been stuck in there stable 24/7 for nearly a month
in the past would have sent bea nuts last time sarah weston saw her and she was only in for a bit she was a stress head and wanting to bite every one but the was a long time ago now and would have been both our worst nightmares her being in
well she seems to be thriving on the extra work and attention and has changed so much, although i would like them to be out and i cant wait to have them back out 24/7 where they belong and like to be ,
shes being super to tack up and ride straight out her stable and where as i use to have some one hold her to mount as she would walk off in the beginning as standing still she found really hard and for saftey as my left legs not great she now stands solid as a rock no one holding her until im on board ask her to move off ;D
The first time i clipped her last year we did it under sedation as she had to be sedated for her bcg sarcoid treatment as she could cow kick near her belly with the clippers , this year she never moved while i clipped her and she fell asleep while i did half her head ;D
shes been stuck in for nearly 4 weeks now no turn out although i take them for grass walks
we tacked up and hack out today and yest and she never put a foot wrong even though there was a shoot out and guns going off ,
poppy as always it a star keeping her company and loving the extra attention as unlike bea she seems to like being in always has ,
my only problem is i loose schooled her a while ago and i think she joined up with me licking an chewing etc something shes never done before then followed me every where , my prroblem now is if i lunge she starts putting her ear towards and licking and chewing and if im not paying attention she tries to come in and stand with me and isnt too pleased if i send her back out and makes eek noises,
so long reining is the better option at the moment
but i can beleive the change in her i now have my dream horse ;D
i still cant beleive she will be 9 this year though
pic are not great but i think shes lookinng well although she seems to be gaining weight being stabled now so i will have to keep my eye on it
this was a few years back with the hepatitis
then the sarcoid the turned malignante
and this week
