This has been going on for about 2 years now. X rays and numerous vet treatments later .. beginning to lose hope. Two different vets concentrating on ears, but he's so wobbly on his back legs. Anybody else had this with their cat? It's so bad he falls over when going to the loo and covers himself in his mess.
It's heartbreaking to watch.
Any help/advice appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your cat Sarah. Must be very distressing for you. No personal experience, and I know you're not near Scotland, but I recently read something about a condition affecting cats up there losing the use of their back legs. May be completely unrelated... I'm going to google now for some links for you. I hope you get to the root of the problem. (((HUGS))))

No, fortunately it's not like that .. just the back legs. The front is fine. Initally I thought it might be a trapped nerve, but both vets are going down the ear canal route and after many pounds worth of treatment later, the poor cat is still the same. Don't know what to do.

Cats can get 'saddle thrombosis' but I expect your vet has checked this. Hope he's better soon x
