"it has to be done first thing in the morning , after 7 hours starving , and blood needs to be tested within 40 to 60 mins of it being drawn , we used frozen peas as an ice bag" I assume you are thinking of insulin because none of the above is correct for ACTH testing and not accurate for insulin testing either. this came up in the lecture with the chap from Liverpool horsepital or uni, and the horses we were testing we were doing for metabolic issues too, i don't think you can rule anything out if you suspect cushions/metabolic/insulin/ issues, i know there not conclusive , but id rather have one blood test

Thank you very much guys. Michelle, can i ask which practise you use for Talin and Co,. ? I use Priors Farm in Forest Row. They're quite expensive but I've always had Duncan Harrison and really trust him. With all of Talin's goings on Duncan was great at really properly talking to me and explaining things and letting me make my own mind up etc.
