Never come across that coloured stuff before! Doesnt say what the rest of the ingredients are other than silver, and as much as im not kc's biggest fan Id trust his products over a random company

Yep Bertie, the bigger spray top is much better I *think* the theory with silvetrasol is that silver ions don't stay in suspension in water/ aqueous solutions so silvetrasol has citric acid in it which means it's more stable. The citric acid can help work as a hoof hardener too. I spray it on everything these days ;D

It kills bacteria, viruses and fungus. It's sold as a hoof spray for treating infection and is really, really effective but also works on most things - though stings a lot if used on cuts!

Can b used on everything except eye - I didnt think it stang too badly, used it on my leg when i cut that on a sticky out nail, better than the benedine spray my mum attacked me with later thats frozen! Used it on a horses ear yesterday and they didnt seem to bothered

oh i lurve this spray and am using it lots!!! i spray the girls soles every morning before they go out and it seems to be doing the trick as they have no thrush or flappy bits yet to look after ! whoo hoo! I have also used it on other things and sprayed my tongue with it too you can taste the citric.

I love it too.... well worth having a bottle handy for all sorts of mishaps as well as hoof health

my vet lady suggested i put my big man on colloid silver he has it with his feed, i wonder if its the same type of thing? this is where i got mine from, came with free cream which i may use for mud fever and cuts ;D www.colloidalsilverplus.co.uk/35-ppm-CS-Shop.html
