Hi! I am new too this board and would just like to take a little time to introduce myself.
I am a personal trainer in the day and a horse rider come night and I have a passion for both. I have recently combined the two and I am now specializing in Fitness for horse riders. So if you have any questions how your fitness out of the saddle contributes to what happens in the saddle or how to go about getting a better level of fitness do not hesitate to contact me on here.
