Hi guys A friend of mine is moving into a lovely old house between Babbinswood and Whittington near Oswestry in Shropshire. The house has about 1 acre of grazing that had sheep on it last year but hasn't been grazed since. She asked me the other day whether I thought anyone with a horse might be interested in it so I said that most horse owners would bite your hand off for some good grazing! So, questions for you How much should she charge per month for 1 acre of grazing (with hedges on 2 sides and post and rail on the other 2)? Does anyone live nearby and would you like some grazing? She could ask at the vets: www.vetholistic.co.uk/about.cfmWe pay £15/horse with water, stabling, field shelters and a school and prices are about the same as there.
