My livery yard is closing so I am on the lookout for another one....
Must have turnout for my Spotty chap & be able to speak alittle English.... Not fussed about anything else as I can buy hay in as most places only feed straw!!!
Any-one know any???
A long shot I know!!!

Hey I was looking at the RA list a while ago and noticed there's a lady based nearish to Malaga. It might be worth a phone call to her to see if she can help you at all? I think she's called Tracey James and this is her website: www.naturalhorseridinginspain.com/ I'd say she's a bit far from Seville but she may know someone out your way! I was looking at her website as I've spent quite a lot of time nearby as we have a place out there towards Motril and wondered if I ever did move out there if there'd be anywhere of interest to me locally!

Hello Pip How is Harley? As to finding a new place in Seville area have you tried the Epona at Hacienda Los Nietos? www.eponaspain.com/They may know somewhere or even have vacancies themselves. They speak English. Regards Z.

I emailed Tracey & got a lovely reply, She doesn't know anyone down this neck of the woods but did say Harly could go there... But it's just so far. The palce you say Zargon is also very nice but sadly too far away. I emailed them to see if they have any idea of anywhere around here. I went to look at 2 places the other evening, Both a NO GO!!!! One yard had several lesson's on the go so I sat & watched, I was horrified at what I saw.. The other yard had a horse ont he walker fully tacked up with side reins on. Like I said, Finding a good yard around here is impossible.. I just wish our yard manager's were staying...

can't say I'm surprised you are having probs, having an imported Spanish horse I have heard plenty of tales about how horses are kept... best of luck though!

Well, I'm sorry to hear all this trouble you are having Pip. Maybe you should open your own (IH) yard? There must be some enlightened souls around who would then come and give their support and custom to you? Good Luck Zargon. (D)

Opening my own yard would be do-able if I had another person to help. I know the liveries would all stay also as most of them live close by. My current yard which has good facilities is just going to stand empty. It seem's just a shame & the space it has is amazing for a Hipica in Andalucia. The horses can be out, and have the freedom they deserve.xxx Any-one fancy coming over & helping me???
