Sorry I cant help with spare rugs.
When I had wet rugs one winter i hung them in the garage over the ladders from the roof overnight with a small electric radiator (with a cut out thingy on the socket) under them. The rugs took that night and most of the following day to dry. I made sure they weren't touching the radiator at all and made sure everything was secure in case of fire.

I have some spare ones coming now TT yeh i think i will have to hang them out in the garage, if its dry out il give them a bit of an air dry first
