We knew the current place was up for developement and we have been here over a year now and had another year left but we have found a new spot. No more worries or feeling insecure!
We move on March1st to project manage the refrubishent of the farm and a new barn conversion for us!
By the sea, remote but a holiday spot in the summer, small indoor arena 30x16m. large out door, indoor stabling, 25 acres, private track to small beach , riding beach a hack away. Loads of barns to do what I want with This is the good stuff though - it is being refurbed to my specs within a budget- I get what I want!! 3 bed cosy cottage again refurbed to my spec within a budget. I have also aquired a business partenership with it. and contract work to project manage future refurbishments in the South!! It is sure going to be different and an adventure but here goes....
ALL I will say if anyone is searching for a place for themselves - if you don't ask you don't get. Some adverts turn out to be someting entirely different to what they start of as.

Jen - It't the most southerly point in Devon. East Prawle. A bit hermity in the winter and I quote "Kensington on Sea" in the summer. Not much call for livery ( not a bad thing) I think a few people will have been to see it and thought OMG no!! as it is a state, full of pigs at the moment and a shell and somewhat out of the way. Though it could be more remote - like some spots in Scotland and Northumberland. It is no further from London than London is from here so all good. BUT the area is stunning and the natives we have met so far are friendly. We will have Kate Bush and Jenny Bond for neighbours and Peter Webster ( ex music producer) owns the pub - the bands they have play there are old school BIG names. I wonder if it is going to be a bit "Haven" as in the Tv programme??!! oooer.
I think we are misfits enough to blend right on in!
