I'm on the hunt again for good pony photos for the IH Kids magazine, The Pony Post. I'm after any good photos, but in particular ones that show something interesting that I can use to illustrate articles. I need ridden, grooming, showing, hacking, interacting with others, etc.
For this month, I'd love a photo of a pony being tacked up and, if possible, a pony who looks less than happy about it.
If you have anything I could use now or in future editions, can you post them here so I can copy them? If any of the photos you have show a child, I will need the written permission of a parent before I can use it.
Thank you!

I'll have a look for you, I could probably set one up looking unhappy about being tacked up, my lazy Sec A has always got a face on where work's involved lol!

I'm afraid so, highlanderpony2002. It's all to do with child protection. I know it's sad to have to do it, but our policy is that any photo that shows a child needs to have parental permission for us to use it.
I have to word this carefully, but for this purpose an unhappy looking Sec A sounds great. Of course, it goes without saying that I don't want any pony to be made unhappy simply for a photo (or for any other reason)!

Don't worry, I won't abuse her or anything lol! I just have to walk past her with a bridle, saddle, roller, long reins, anything really that involves work and she will pull a face! I might not be able to "capture" it though. I'll definitely have some of ponies interacting in the field, including stallions and foals.

And lastly if you ever do an article on " What NOT to do " here is one which is quite self explanatory !

found a few for you ... not sure if any are what you are looking for. They're great! Thank you x. I've actually got a worse "what not to do" one. I'll see if I can find it for you, Lorraine.
