Aw, poor feed sack! Can't believe he destroyed it though, they are quite tough!! Ha Ha ! Not as tough as Frankie boy Jenny. He ought to have been weaned this weekend but our snow only went last night and it's forcast to come back this week , so it will be after Christmas now. Very annoying because he really needs to be off his poor mum now, and his new human mummy wants him home

Nature in the raw! Clearly a spooky foal... naked terror in every fibre.

His poor mum looks in good nick and can manage a while longer. Hope Frankie isn't bothering her as a young lad could ? We didn't let the snow stop us weaning, ours are now weaned, and luckily we had two colt foals this year so they could be weaned together. Its been 2 weeks now they've been weaned, and they've adjusted fine. The stabling with the bad weather helps, and they can see each other through their partitioned dividing wall. Love your boys, they never show much fear do they, happy confident and curious boys !! How is Sunny doing now btw ?

Lovely story, they both look very happy. A bit longer with mum is better than too soon.

Gazdag tried to vandalise a snowman out hacking today. He tried to knock it's head off, but it survived. There must be something in the air!!

Lovely to see a confident young chap!
Bailey killed bags when he was young too. If one blew away he would chase after it an kill it or even pinch it out of the wheelbarrow. Once he even pulled a tarpaulin out of the stable and started to rip that up. I look on it as spook busting. Once they know they can kill it there's nothing to be frightened of anymore.
