Full livery with.....
Own stable 12 by 12, rubber mats. 10-12 hours turnout all year round, in own small paddock, but with at least one other horse over the fence, with field shelter. Unlimited access to floodlit outdoor school (20 by 40) Home grown hay included At yard owners home so very secure looked after as if one of their own. Heavy duty lockable tack cabinets Ok hacking. To be one of only two liveries
Limited storage for own bedding (not provided)
Any idea on a reasonable price per week.

Well, it would depend on local prices and I'd want the hay to be adlib, in or out and want a grille so my horse could see one who would always be next door when he was and no dust from bedding being shaken up when he was indoors. If I got all that, you could have my eye teeth!

Yep Catrin all of that, absolutely, ad lib hay (within reason), etc.

Gixer, I wouldn't expect full livery for 100pcm, sorry.

Sounds like my yard but we are on DIY. We have six stables, two filled by YO's ponies so only four stables for liveries. About 14 acres of well managed grazing so plenty of grass, minimal mud and hay grown at home. 20 x 40 floodlit school with sand and rubber surface and jumps, separate jumping paddock in summer when the ground is good. As I said, I'm on DIY but YO charges £130 per week for full livery including bedding, hay and exercise if anyone needs that from time to time.

If it was feed included as well I reckon at least £100 a week

Full livery without exercise around £90 -100pw and with daily exercise £150-£175 pw - I've known more expensive yards but that would be about average for good facilities.

Ok, thank you so far, but a couple more questions....
If the grazing were on a track system covering about 8 acres, shared between 3 neds with varied yet safe terrain, and loads of natural shelter, would that be a bonus, or put you off?
Also if exercise were included up to three times a week, but was lunging/longlining, not ridden, would that be a problem?
One more, if YO was a qualified equine massage therapist, and would give a monthly massage thrown in, would that be attractive or not?

Full livery around here costs about £90 if grooming is included more if exercised and basic feed special feed would be more

The track system would be attractive - the massage would also be attractive - my horse is not yet backed, so the exercise wouldn't come into it for me, and tbh I would have to trust the person very well to let them exercise my horse - regardless of whether it was ridden work or ground work.
I'd be expecting to pay between £100 - £145 for full livery.

Yes for me a track system would be extremly attractive, but you have have any other space just in case someone might just want a conventional paddock?
Massage would be fab.
Maybe all exercise could be an added extra, then they could specifiy exactly what they wanted

My old yard used to be £8 a night for full livery so £56 a week. That didn't include hay or bedding and only got 4 hour turn out if lucky during winter.
