I'm loving the 'Spider' blog LizP. Great to see such tiny steps and "the world moving" being a problem for some horses is a hugely useful insight imo. So obvious too when you think about it.

Thank you, Mandal One of the things I'm trying to do with the showcase is show how to break problems down and how to look through the horse's eyes. It's only when we start to analyse the separate elements of a problem, from the horse's perspective, that we can see what he's ok with and what he's not, and so what we need to focus on, how much we need to break a problem apart, and how to put it all together again afterwards. You sometimes have to be quite inventive, but that's part of the fun!

Hi everyone, I have been trying to find Debbie Glennan in the RA section, but she is no longer there Her business partner is Ruth. Does anyone know her phone numer please. I had Debbie to train two of my horses a few years back & need her help again. Any help at all would be great. Many thanks in advance

Hi Huntez - Ruth and Debbie moved to Derbyshire a couple of years ago, and while Ruth is still working with horses I believe Debbie has given up RA work to concentrate on other things. Ruth is Peppertop on here, and occasionally comes on, so if you pm her you might be able to get in touch.

Loving reading about Toby LizP. Do take extra care of yourself though. I just want to scoop him up and let him go with my lot. I so hope someone with approprite skill (sadly not really me) falls in love with him very soon.

LizP, I haven't got Toby... who on earth would want such a dirty pony. I may well be aquiring a little neighbour though.

Love the Zebra pics Garry. I think the second one with the keeper is very moving.

Thanks Mandal. Tricky little things to work with!! They have obviously started to build a bond with the keeper since arriving. The picture was taken near the end of the session after I had gone through, how best I felt it would be to work with them initially. Seems like my hunch was right. To be honest this result surprised me a little.

To me there's a strong feel of inquisitiveness and wish to find out about that human in the pic. Very subjective of course.lol Fab result.
